2019 Season Orientation on Sep 7

Dear parents,
Please READ this
additional information needed for the orientation
and WATCH your
mailbox for more mail:
- Admission (or readmission) is not guaranteed if at least one person from each family does not attend the orientation.
- Please bring two BLANK check leaves per family. Volunteers will tell you the Payee and Amount information for your particular family.
- No cash will be accepted.
- You will be requested to sign an indemnity form. This is a mandatory prerequisite for admitting a child into the premises on Opening Day.
Just FYI:
- This year the “donation” amount is $125 payable to “AVP”
- $10 per book ($15 for grades 1 and
2) payable to “Purna Vidya”.
There is no book for siblings class.
- In addition, there is a $10 payment
per child towards incidental expenses. Also payable to “Purna Vidya”, can be combined with the
book payment in a single check.
